ENGLISH TITLE: Table logic and collection logic in virtual pinboards related to food

ABSTRACT: The exploratory analysis of thousand of pictures related to the food sector uploaded on the social media Pinterest shows that there are three main categories of contributors, corresponding to three distinct types of collectors: the classifiers, the inspired and the fans. They establish a “field” (Pierre Bourdieu) whose visual representation is based on a dual oppositions: object versus persons; presentation versus symbolic significance. The Users are more defined by the displayed tastes than by any identity information.
