Abstract
This paper attempts to analyze the difference between two “cannot say” in the field of language. There is the “cannot say something” inside one structure, that is, within a framework of possibility and there is, on the other hand, a “cannot say” impossible in a structure. With that difference, this paper notice how the second “cannot say” must become a creative saying, i.e. a think otherwise radically different if we want transform our societies. Well, despite what we may think, the political issue not only involves an organized otherwise but, fundamentally, one thinks otherwise.
