Constitutions, international conventions, regional laws are the main points of strategy in this area which is based also to land degradation, environment and their resources, management of water resources, conservation of biodiversity, food security, climate changes and development of an international Agenda. The protection of water with this air and marine pollution is very important for the quality of life and for the evolution of the national environmental protection that enhanced financing and technology as a player of very important role in its implementation.
