Overall dependability process tools, including FMECA and FTA, are introduced. Risk Analysis is addressed enhancing qualitative and quantitative (PRA) approaches. The most important methods for Software Reliability analysis, like Musa, Shooman, Putnam, and Rome Laboratory models are presented.
