In a very simple and accessible manner, Top Twenty Writing Flaws deals with twenty common problems that occur in student essays by providing an overview of each of these problems by first explaining the common flaw, then suggesting ways to eliminate it, and finally providing practical examples for practice. The flaws are ordered chronologically from the most important flaw to the least serious one. The easy format will make this book indispensable to undergraduate students who want to work independently in improving their writing skill or they can use at a secondary source to perfect their writing essays and research papers.
