Eanan joined NUI Maynooth in May 2009 as a Careers Advisor in the Career Development Centre. Since January 2010 Eanan has also been working as an Academic Advisor for 2 days per week with the Academic Advisory Office. The Career Development Centre is a busy centre catering for the career needs of all current undergraduate and postgraduate students of NUI Maynooth by providing career guidance and practical action planning to achieve the best possible use of their time in university – including both academic and extra-curricular activities. The Academic Advisory Office forms part of NUI Maynooth’s Centre for Teaching and Learning. Eanan meets with students who visit the Academic Advisory Office to discuss difficulties that they experience as they progress through university to help them overcome challenges. Since 2010 he has managed a large 1st year Peer Mentoring Programme and a 3 year E.U. Erasmus programme (INSTALL).
