Jaqueline Pels is a Marketing Professor in the Business School of the University Torcuato Di Tella, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Her research experience is in the areas of inclusive business, emerging economies, business-to-business marketing, relationship marketing, networking marketing, professional services and marketing theory. She has been chair of the Relationship Marketing Summit, Argentina, 2007 and of the AMA International Marketing Educators Conference, Argentina, 2000 as well as regional chair to the Emerging Markets in the New World Order –The Paradigm Shift, India, 2010. She is Vice President of the Administrative Council and Founding Member of the Asociación Latinoamericana de Académicos de Marketing (ALAM). She is Academic Director of Di Tella’s Think Tank of Inclusive Businesses.
